Our return policy.  At Pastry Wands we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our product. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage and we will arrange for a replacement. Please retain the original packaging, label and chain as we cannot consider a return without them. If within 15 days you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and the Pastry Wands have not been damaged, washed, or altered, notify us with the reason at info@pastrywands.com, and we shall arrange for a replacement or full refund.
